I love running and being in the outdoors. Though my particular love is running over trails and fells, I am more than happy to work with people tackling distances on road too.

I am based on the North Northumberland coast so there are lots of trails and paths to play on and the Cheviot Hills are nearby too. Working individually or with groups, the main thing is that the sessions are tailored to what you need on terrain you wish to run on.

My background includes working with young people and adults instructing rock climbing and running a Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme so teaching a lot of navigation over a number of years. I am happy to go out in all weathers and overnight if anyone wishes to practice night navigation. I have a Mountain Leaders Award, first aid qualification and I am currently working through my fell coaching award, having completed my fell leadership in running fitness.

I am happy to work on steep ground and this can include moving on ridges.
(There could be a rock climbing session too if this is something that
interests you!)

I invite you to get in touch and plan your own session.
There are prices on my site but there is flexibility around these,
depending on the number of people,
area worked in and transport involved.
